There are many ideas we are able to put into practice, but usually there are even more that we leave in the “drawer.” This may be due to a lack of personal and organizational resources; the limited time of technical staff and their respective managers; and/or, lastly but no less important, the absence or complete lack of knowledge of key partners to operationalize the right projects with high value and social impact.

Did you know that there are several programs where the number of applicants is lower than expected?
One of the main advantages of seeking external support is realizing that there is a big picture and that the solutions we present can fit into multiple sub-areas, themes and concepts. It is possible to give different “faces” to projects while always keeping their objectives very clear.

Since we began our activity, we have had the privilege of meeting, contacting and establishing new partnerships with entities that fill us with pride and strength thanks to the high-impact activities they develop and propose to develop. They collaborate closely with us and with many other stakeholders towards transforming the world, increasingly defining and recognizing their potential and role in the most diverse missions.

Collaboration is the key piece to making ideas happen
Through the design and implementation of innovation and social entrepreneurship projects, the importance of collaboration and multidisciplinarity seems to be increasingly clear and relevant for everyone, across all areas. Often, we feel that the resources we have are not enough to carry out an idea, an initiative or to resume a project already implemented in the past, but this may not be true, and collaboration may represent the key element for the success of the initiative.

This is where IMPACTO POSITIVO stands – at the forefront of collaboration, bringing together new partners, acquiring new knowledge and fostering mutual support among various social organizations and companies. What we aim for is to solve today’s main social problems in a structured way, bringing together the different key stakeholders involved in the participatory and collaborative process that is social change.
